Thank you for visiting my webiste so that I may introduce myself to you. I am a fully qualified counsellor and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited.
My aim is to offer a professional, confidential counselling service for people in the areas of Dumbarton, Helensburgh and surrounding locations extending to the Glasgow area. The therapy I offer is the Person-Centred Therapeutic approach, and an integrative approach including CBT and Addiction counselling.
As an experienced counsellor, I have worked for many years with clients and couples in the areas listed below.
There are times in most of our lives when we experience distressing, and sometimes tragic events, and feelings which seem to have no end or solution in sight. It is at such times as these when we need support.
Counselling is a process by which you are helped in a confidential and supportive setting, to gain more insight into yourself, your situation and your relationships with others. I offer you a safe, caring and respectful environment for you to be yourself.
